Fine Amounts

Fine amounts are no longer posted on the Judicial Branch Website. Because law library fees are set by each county, the total amount of fines can vary. Court staff must also confirm that the alleged violation matches the statute written on the citation (ticket). Therefore, a total fine amount is not available until after law enforcement delivers the citation to the court and it is entered into the court case management system, a process which could take up to 10 business days.

Pay Online

Hennepin County (Fourth Judicial District) Online Fine Payment: For traffic, parking, Department of Natural Resources, and criminal violation citations issued in Hennepin County.
Ramsey County (Second Judicial District) Online Fine Payment: For traffic, parking, Department of Natural Resources, watercraft, fish, and wildlife citations issued in Ramsey County.
Minnesota Court Payment Center: For traffic, parking, Department of Natural Resources, watercraft, fish, and wildlife citations that do not require a court appearance and were issued in any county except Hennepin and Ramsey.
