Supreme Court Promulgates Amendments to Civil, General, and Commitment Rules

The Supreme Court has promulgated amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules, the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts, and the Special Rules of Procedure Governing Proceedings under the Minnesota Commitment and Treatment Act, all to be effective July 1, 2010.
