Request For Proposals: Orders For Protection Migration Analyst

The Information Technology Division of the State Court Administrator’s Office, is using a competitive selection process to select an experienced analyst to supplement state staff in preparing for the migration of functionality from an in-house custom developed application to a vendor package currently in use in courts across the state. The functionality being migrated applies to a small number of cases, but has a high impact on public safety. This is a request for proposals that could become the basis for negotiations leading to a contract with one or more vendors to provide the supplemental analyst staff as described in this document.
