The State of Minnesota –State Court Administrator’s Office (SCAO) is using a competitive selection process (referred to herein as the “Request for Proposals” or “RFP”) to select the vendor responsible for recommending and providing a content management system (CMS) and a redesign of the Minnesota Judicial Branch (MJB) Website.
