Supreme Court Announces Opening on the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Ethics Board for a Family Practitioner Representative

The Supreme Court seeks a family practitioner representative with a strong professional affiliation in the mental health field to serve on the ADR Ethics Board.  This position replaces a Board member and the term is through December 31, 2016.  The Board currently meets on the third Wednesday afternoon of each month.  The Board is responsible for administering the statewide ADR program as prescribed by Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. This includes reviewing neutral complaints under the Rule 114 Code of Ethics Enforcement Procedure.   

Persons interested in becoming a member of the Board should be listed on the Rule 114 ADR Neutral’s Roster.  Experience as a parenting coordinator or consultant is preferred.  Please send a letter of interest to AnnMarie O’Neill, Clerk of Appellate Courts, 25 Rev. Specific questions about membership on the Board may be directed to ADR staff at adr@courts.state.mn.us.  The application deadline is September 16, 2013.
