Public Notice Detail
eFiling May Be Disrupted June 20 and 21

Posted: Friday, June 13, 2014

First time subsequent eFilings into existing cases may not be possible beginning Friday, June 20, at 5 p.m., due to an upgrade of the Minnesota Court Information System. The upgrade may impact filings for 24 hours. Please plan accordingly.

If system unavailability prevents you from electronic filing where mandatory, an exception may be requested to the mandatory eFiling requirement under Minnesota General Rule of Practice 14.01(d); 14.01(f)(1).

Below is a link to detailed information regarding all past occurrences of the eFiling and eService system unavailability. This information should be included along with an exception request to the court.
