SECOND UPDATE: eFiling and eService May Be Disrupted January 16 and January 18

**Update- Please note additional date and time. **The eFile and eServe System will not be available on Friday, January 16, 2015 from 11:00 pm until 2:00 am CST due to scheduled hardware upgrades and Sunday, January 18, 2015 from 10:00 pm until 2:00 am CST, due to scheduled network system maintenance. First time subsequent eFilings into existing cases may not be possible during this time. The January 18, 2015 downtime will affect all court systems including but not limited to all MNCIS applications, Minnesota Public Access and access to Phone and Web Fine Payments. You will not be able to access the Odyssey eFile & eServe portal through the Minnesota Judicial Branch website but you can directly access it through the following web address:  https://minnesota.tylerhost.net/. Please plan accordingly.

If system unavailability prevents you from electronic filing where mandatory, an exception may be requested to the mandatory eFiling requirement under Minnesota General Rule of Practice 14.01(d); 14.01(f)(1). 

Below is a link to detailed information regarding all past occurrences of the eFiling and eService system unavailability. This information should be included along with an exception request to the court. This log will not be available during the network outage.
