Reyelts, Leighton, Bateman, and Hylden; attorney and shareholder, 1992-2007; associate, 1987-1992 - During nearly twenty years of private practice, Judge Hylden represented clients in nearly all aspects of civil litigation. A significant percentage of his work was in complex litigation, such as professional malpractice, construction cases and product liability. Judge Hylden tried approximately 30 cases to a verdict. He was recognized as a ‘Super Lawyer’ by the magazine Minnesota Law and Politics from 2000-2006.
