• Chief Judge Cleary to leave Court of Appeals in 2020

    Minnesota Court of Appeals Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary will retire from the Court on April 30, 2020. Cleary, 66, is the second longest-serving Chief Judge in the 36-year history of the Court of Appeals. He has served as Chief Judge since November 1, 2013, following his appointment by Governor Mark Dayton. read more

Notifications are available for parties with an Adult Criminal/Traffic, Juvenile Delinquency, Juvenile Traffic, Juvenile Petty Offense, Domestic Abuse, Family, Eviction, or Juvenile Protection case in District (Trial) Court. read more
