Public Forum Regarding Board on Judicial Standards Rules to Be Held

The Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules of the Board on Judicial Standards was established in April 2007, to review and recommend proposed changes to the Rules of the Board on Judicial Standards.  The committee has met monthly since June 2007, and is developing a draft report detailing proposed amendments to the Rules and other recommendations.  Prior to finalizing the report, the committee is seeking input from interested persons regarding the report content and proposed amendments.  This opportunity for input will take place as follows:

The committee welcomes input either in person or in writing.  To submit comments in writing, please submit a letter or email (email preferred) to the address listed below by Friday, February 8, 2008

To make a brief oral statement to the committee, please submit a letter or email (email preferred) requesting to appear, explaining in general the comments you intend to make, by Tuesday, January 29, 2008, to the address listed below.  Oral statements will be limited to 10 minutes in duration.
