First time subsequent eFilings into existing cases may not be possible beginning Friday, June 19, 2015, at 5:00 pm and may be unavailable until 5:00 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2015 due to an upgrade of the Minnesota Court Information System. The upgrade may impact filings during this time. Please plan accordingly.

 If system unavailability prevents you from electronic filing where mandatory, an exception may be requested to the mandatory eFiling requirement under Minnesota General Rule of Practice 14.01(d); 14.01(f)(1).
