The Minnesota Judicial Branch recently invited attorneys and court users to attend a free, one-hour Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program that aims to answer frequently asked questions about Minnesota’s district court eFiling system (eFS), and highlight the most common issues and errors that the courts have seen from filers since eFiling became available statewide.

The CLEs were available in October and November throughout the state, but it is possible that some potential filers may have not been able to attend one.

A new recording of the presentation given at the CLEs is now available on YouTube. The handout referred to in the presentation is also available online.

No CLE credits are available for watching the video and presentation at this time, but those who missed the live CLEs may find them very helpful.

Please remember that filers may always contact the eFS Support Center with general questions. With questions about filing in a specific case, please contact the appropriate district court.
