Supreme Court Welcomes Comments on Proposed Amendments to Lawyer Professional Responsibility Rules

The Supreme Court is welcoming comments on the proposed amendments to the Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility. Any individual wishing to provide statements in support of or in opposition to the proposed changes should submit 12 copies in writing addressed to Frederick Grittner, Clerk of Appellate Courts, 305 Minnesota Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St Paul, MN, 55155, no later than November 26, 2008.
