Supreme Court Sets Hearing on MSBA Petition to Amend the Rules of Professional Conduct

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a hearing be held before this court in Courtroom 300 of the Minnesota Supreme Court, Minnesota Judicial Center, on December 12, 2006 at 2:00 p.m., to consider a petition filed by the Minnesota State Bar Association to amend the Rules of Professional Conduct. A copy of the petition is annexed to this order.
