Court Forms Category List > Judgment Enforcement Forms:
- Writ of Execution - A Writ of Execution is a court order directing the Sheriff to satisfy a judgment. There is no form to fill out to ask for a Writ of Execution. If you have already transcribed your judgment and you know where the debtor banks or works, contact the Court Administration in the county where the judgment was "entered" to ask for a Writ of Execution. There is a fee for the Writ. The Writ of Execution must be issued to the county where the bank or the employer is located. The court administrator’s office will mail the Writ of Execution to you and you must take it to the Sheriff of that county for service. The sheriff will also charge a fee.
- Garnishment - The courts have not created forms for garnishment. MN Statutes Chapter 571 provides information about garnishment, including a sample Garnishment Exemption Notice/Intent to Garnish form in ยง 571.925.
- Judgment Interest Rates and COLAs - Information on Interest Rates and Cost of Living Adjustment amounts from the courts.
