eFS Process Change Notification (Revised)

Effective the weekend of January 21, 2017, filers will no longer select a document security level from a drop down list on the Filings Details page.  Rather filers will be required to indicate whether the document they are filing is public, confidential, or sealed in the “Filing Comments” field and to check a box acknowledging they have done so.  The “Filings Comments” field will be a mandatory field.  Pursuant to Minn. Gen. R. Prac. 14.06, filers are responsible for designating if a document is public, confidential, or sealed when filing the document electronically.  User materials and training sessions will be updated to reflect this process change and upon completion will be published on the eFile and eServe Training tab.
