Notice of MN eFile and eServe (eFS) 2017.2.8 - The system is now requiring the filer to pick a responsible party

An upgrade to Minnesota eFile and eServe system occurred on September 21, 2018, and resulted in some unexpected behavior.
Issue: When a filer is selecting the Waiver Account to process fees, the system is now requiring the filer to pick a responsible party. This has been reported to our vendor and is expected to be fixed soon.
Note: This issue only exists when using Silverlight to file a case; it does not occur if filing using HTML5.
Until this is fixed, there are two different workarounds that can be used
- Always select the first party on the case.
