eFS Performance Issues

The MN Judicial Branch is experiencing technical difficulties with the Minnesota District Court eFile and eServe (eFS) system that may impact your ability to electronically file or serve. Please check back periodically. If you cannot electronically file or serve due to system performance, you may request an exception to the mandatory requirement under Minn. Gen. R. Prac. 14.01(c). Refer to the Registered User Filer Guide for more information.  Below is a link to detailed information regarding all occurrences of eFS program unavailability; this information should be included along with your exception request to the court.
