COVID-19 Information

If you have a court case scheduled in Clearwater County District Court, call (218) 694-6177 to determine if your case will be heard or scheduled to a future date. You may also contact the court by email and use the dropdown menu to select the appropriate county.

The Clearwater County District Court public service counter and public access terminal(s) are accessible by appointment only effective Monday, June 1, 2020 through Tuesday, June 23, 2020.  To make an appointment, please call (218) 694-6177.

Visitors with an appointment should access Court Administration by speaking to the Clearwater County Sheriff's Office at the West door in the back of the courthouse. The Clearwater County courthouse has implemented additional screening requirements for entry. Before entering the courthouse, you will be required to:
• Disclose if you have had any COVID-19 symptoms
• Wear a face covering
