COVID-19 Information

If you have a court case scheduled in Marshall County District Court, call (218) 745-4921 to determine if your case will be heard or scheduled to a future date. You may also contact the court by email and use the dropdown menu to select the appropriate county.

The Marshall County Courthouse is open to the public by appointment only until further notice.  This situation is being monitored and re-evaluated weekly by the Marshall County Board of Commissioners.
