Important Notice About the Examiner Resource Application (ERA) – Please Read

Posted: Tuesday, March 10, 2020

Today you will receive an email from noreply.ERA@courts.state.mn.us with the subject line, Action Required: Set Up Your ERA Account. This Examiner Resource Application (ERA) system-generated email will include instructions and unique information you need in order to log into the MyCourtMN and ERA systems.

It is possible the system-generated email will get caught in your inbox SPAM or junk filter. You will not be able to set up your account without the unique ERA information that this email will contain. Please follow all of the directions in this email.

You will not receive appointments through ERA until the system launches on Monday, March 16. After you login, please review your profile information to ensure it is up-to-date. Even if you have not recently taken appointments from the Minnesota Judicial Branch, but would like to keep your examiner account active, please set up an account to confirm that the ERA system has your correct contact information and vendor information.

  • Appointments Accepted BEFORE Mar. 16, 2020: Invoice using existing system
  • Appointments Accepted ON OR AFTER Mar. 16, 2020: Appointments and invoices will be generated through ERA
Additional resources for examiners setting up an account can be found on the recently updated Psychological/Psychiatric Examiner Services Program webpage, where the recorded version of the ERA training is also posted.

If you need help setting up your MyCourtMN or ERA accounts, please contact technical support. Technical support is available from 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.
If you have further questions about ERA, please feel free to contact me by email or via phone at (651) 297-1096.
