Minnesota Executive Branch State Courts

  • The Minnesota Tax Court is a specialized, Executive Branch court established by the Minnesota Legislature to hear tax-related cases.  The court is located in the Minnesota Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul.
  • The Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals is an Executive Branch court that reviews workers' compensation cases decided by the Office of Administrative Hearings and the Worker’s Compensation Division at the Department of Labor and Industry.  The court is located in the Minnesota Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul.
