Collaborative Values and Principles
Team to follow guidelines to implement project
The core team will carry out its work using:
Shared values and guiding principles to articulate each agency's expected contributions and commitment to support, and facilitate implementation. This will later serve as a model for communities to use. View the Statement of Shared Values and Guiding Principles(Adobe PDF)/(Word DOC) document which CJI teams are encouraged to use to develop a similar local statement of shared values.
Protocol and practice guidelines to reflect lessons learned from the three pilot counties and other counties and tribes that have implemented successful strategies in working with families. The core team will disseminate this information broadly to tribes, counties and communities to support statewide implementation of promising practices to improve outcomes for families.
Training delivery plan to ensure local agencies and service providers receive guidance and training necessary to support the implementation of collaborative strategies to engage families in supports and services.
Long-term implementation and sustainability plans to institutionalize the collective vision and promising practices to ensure expansion of the project statewide.
