Hard copies of powerpoint presentations and other conference materials will NOT be distributed at the conference, except for the agenda and other documents listed below under "Agenda and Other Conference Materials." Instead, conference attendees will receive a note pad on which to take notes and a CD containing all conference materials. Conference attendees who prefer to take notes directly on the powerpoint slides will need to print their own copies of those documents and bring them to the conference. To print copies of conference materials, click below on either the "Plenary Session Materials" link or the "Breakout Session Materials" link.
