Ms. Moses and Ms. Hulzebos will address the following:
- How does the MN Chemical Health System work, including assessment, treatment resources and funding?
- What is a Rule 25 Chemical Health Assessment?
- What are the various decisions and recommendations that can result from a Chemical Health Assessment?
- What can judges, attorneys, social workers, GAL’s and others do to improve their practice related to chemical health assessment and AOD treatment given the child permanency timelines?
