Department Of Human Services Given Access to Commitment Records

The Supreme Court has ordered that access to all civil commitment records in the Minnesota Court Information System (MNCIS), including those records sealed under Minn. Stat. § 253B.23, subd. 9, will be made available to the Department of Human Services, effective immediately.
