Supreme Court Welcomes Comments on Mandatory E-Filing and E-Service Pilot Project Amendments

The Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure filed a report with the Supreme Court on Feb. 3, 2012, proposing amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure, the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts, and the Rules of Public Access to Records of the Judicial Branch related to a mandatory e-filing and e-service pilot project.  The Court will consider the proposed amendments after soliciting and reviewing comments on the proposal. 

Any individual wishing to provide written statements in support of or in opposition to the proposed amendments shall submit 12 copies addressed to Bridget Gernander, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, 25 Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55155, no later than Mar. 26, 2012.
