SJI Final Report
In 2007, the State Justice Institute (SJI) awarded the Minnesota Judicial Branch a State Court grant to help implement the Third/Fifth Judicial Districts' Early Case Management/Early Neutral Evaluation (ECM/ENE) pilot project, and support expansion of ECM/ENE. The grant period ended on June 30, 2010. The final report to the SJI is posted below. The appendices to the report are available by clicking on the links below.
