Payment Policy
The Psychological/Psychiatric Payment Policy has been revised effective May 10, 2010 to include a $5,000 maximum fee for services that first and second examiners may charge per SDP/SPP case, unless prior judicial authorization is obtained.
A form has been developed for examiners to email to court administrators to request to exceed the maximum fee in SDP/SPP cases. The form and instruction for examiners are available below.
