Supreme Court Appeal Panel
The Supreme Court Appeal Panel (SCAP) is defined by Minnesota Statues, Chapter 253B.19. Due to caseload demands, there are currently two panels processing petitions under the statute. This website provides the monthly calendar of hearings held by the panels. Hearings are held at the Ramsey County Courthouse unless otherwise noted. PLEASE NOTE: Hearing schedules are subject to change at any time.
