ADR Course Petitions

This page contains course petitions for individuals and course sponsors seeking course certification. To be eligible for placement on the ADR Neutral Roster, individuals must take an ADR course certified through the State Court Administrator's Office. Individuals who have taken a course that was not certified need to complete a course petition.

Individuals seeking a certified ADR course may refer to the list of ADR Course Providers. The list is available in Word or Rich Text Format. The ADR Course Provider list is not an official list, but only a source of contact information for convenience. The judicial branch is not endorsing or recommending these agencies due to their inclusion on this list.
