1995-present: Hennepin County District Court Judge 1984-1995: Assistant Hennepin County Attorney - 1993-1995: Assigned to Child Support Enforcement Division. Developed and instituted new office policies and procedures to more aggressively and effectively pursue the collection unpaid of child support.
- 1987-1993: Assigned to the Adult Prosecution Division. Prosecuted and handled felony jury trials of cases involving Child Sex Abuse, Sexual Assault, Domestic Abuse and Homicides.
- 1984-1987: Assigned to the juvenile Prosecution Division. Prosecuted juvenile crime. Worked with the Juvenile Bench to develop restitution policies and procedures. Liaison to the State Legislature in matters related to juvenile gangs and major juvenile offenders.
