Supreme Court Promulgates Amendments to General Rules of Practice

The Supreme Court has promulgated amendments to the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts. Amendments are related to family court matters and the pilot project on audio and video coverage in certain civil court proceedings. Amendments are effective May 1, 2012.
