Expungement (Sealing) of Criminal Records
Information and forms regarding the expungement (sealing) process for criminal records are available at the Court Fees Page. Your case must meet certain legal criteria and all notice requirements must be complied with. The judge will determine whether or not your request will be granted. Please consult an attorney if you are having difficulty understanding what you need to do.
Once you have the forms and are ready to schedule your court date, you may call 763-682-7547 to set your hearing. Your completed papers must be filed in advance of your hearing date and a $320 filing fee will be due at the time of filing (unless waived by statute-see instructions).
