If your vehicle was towed, it would be taken to an impound lot. Call the impound lot to verify that your vehicle is there and for information on how to retrieve it.
- If your vehicle was towed as a result of a City of St. Paul snow emergency, AND the vehicle was towed from a location north of I-94, call (651) 603-8695.
- If your vehicle was towed as a result of a City of St. Paul snow emergency, AND the vehicle was towed from a location south of I-94, call (651) 266-5642.
- If your vehicle was towed from any location in St. Paul for any situation other than a Snow Emergency, call (651) 266-5642.
- If you were ticketed and towed in any other city in Ramsey County for any reason, you must contact the police agency for that city to find out where the car was taken.
Be prepared to tell them your vehicle license plate number.
NOTICE for MARCH 2006 SNOW EMERGENCIES:
All cars towed during the snow emergency declared on March 13th, 14th, and 16th in the City of St. Paul were towed to the impound lot at 1129 Cathlin Street, St. Paul, Phone: 651-603-6895.
