The Houston County Courthouse is located at 306 South Marshall, Suite 2100 in downtown Caledonia. Public parking is available in the lot on the north side of the courthouse, as well as on the street.

The Court Administrator's Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. The county observes the following holidays: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr Day; President's Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Veteran's Day; Thanksgiving Day and the day after; and Christmas Day. Effective March 1, 2008, counter service and phone service will be curtailed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. each Tuesday.
