General Information
The Mower County Courthouse is located in downtown Austin at 201 Second Avenue NE. Public parking is available in the lot across the street on the north side of the courthouse, as well as on the street.

The Court Administrator's Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. The county observes the following holidays: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr Day; President's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Veteran's Day; Thanksgiving Day and the day after; and Christmas Day. Effective March 1, 2008, counter service and phone service will be curtailed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. each Wednesday.
