• Legal Separation -- $372.00

• Support -- $372.00
• Separate Maintenance - $372.00

All Motions (including Child Support) -- $100.00

Copy Fees:

• Plain Copies -- $8.00
• Certified Copies -- $14.00

Fax Fees:

• 1-50 pages - $25.00
• Every 50 additional pages - $25.00

If you cannot afford to pay Court fees and costs, you may be eligible to proceed without paying fees and costs by completing and presenting an Affidavit for In Forma Pauperis to a signing Judge.  Forms are available at the Filing Counter on the 1^st floor of the Family Justice Center.
