The Court's Decision

Normally the Court will not decide your claim at the time of the hearing. When a decision is reached, you will receive a "Notice of Judgment" in the mail. You must give the court your current address so that you receive this Notice. The Court's decision becomes final on the date and time shown on the Notice. Read all Notices and instructions from the court very carefully.
