Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plans
The Limited English Proficiency Plan (LEP) serves as the plan for each District Court to provide services to LEP individuals.
The purpose of this plan is to provide a framework for the provision of timely and reasonable language assistance to LEP persons who come in contact with the District Court.
