Job Description: Court volunteers greet people who come to the courts area and direct them to courtrooms, court offices and hearing officers; assist in court hearings; research case information on public MNCIS (Minnesota Court Information System) terminals; and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
Friendly, professional demeanor
Good communication skills
Dependable, punctual
Some computer experience preferred
Requirements:
Must pass criminal background check
Participate in training on court information system and miscellaneous tasks
Time Commitment:
Open (prefer a 12-month commitment, with mimimum 4 hours per week)
Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
