Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (last appointment is usually 2:00pm)

The primary function of the Domestic Abuse/Harassment Office is to provide clerical assistance with the writing and filing of a petition for an Order for Protection (OFP) and/or Harassment Restraining Order (HRO) in Ramsey County.

The court filing process is handled by appointment or as emergency wait appointments. These appointments may take up to two hours. Filing fees may apply. Court clerks cannot provide legal advice.

If you have a question or request regarding a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order issued by a Judge through a criminal court proceeding you must contact criminal court.
