General Information
The Dodge County Courthouse is located in historic Mantorville, at the intersection of Highway 57 and Sixth Street East.This is the oldest working courthouse in the state, opening in 1865. Public parking is available in the lot on the north side of the courthouse, as well as on the street.

The Court Administrator's Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. The county observes the following holidays: New Year's Day; President's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Veteran's Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day and the day after; and Christmas Day. Effective March 1, 2008, counter service and phone service will be curtailed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. each Friday.

1. You plead not guilty or guilty with an explanation. (Not guilty plea can be accepted by phone or letter.)
2. "Endangered" is checked on citation.

Failure to pay, appear, or contact the court on or by the court date given on your ticket may result in driver's license suspension, a warrant being issued, revenue recapture, referral to collection agency, and increased fines.
