General Information
The Houston County Courthouse is located at 304 South Marshall Street in downtown Caledonia. Public parking is available in the lot on the north side of the courthouse, as well as on the street.

The Court Administrator's Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. The county observes the following holidays: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr Day; President's Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Veteran's Day; Thanksgiving Day and the day after; and Christmas Day. Effective March 1, 2008, counter service and phone service will be curtailed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. each Tuesday.

2. You are involved in an accident.
Failure to pay, appear, or contact the court on or by the court date given on your ticket may result in driver's license suspension (any state), a warrant being issued or you may be referred to a collection agency.
