Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) Program--May 22, 2006
ENE is a confidential, settlement-oriented and accelerated alternative dispute resolution technique for Family Court Services. ENE serves divorcing parentsor never-married parents who are disputing custody, visitation/access or parenting plans for their minor children. ENE moves families through court as quickly, fairly and inexpensively as possible. It cuts court costs by reducing number of expensive evaluation cases requested and reduces hostilities; improves relationships with attorneys and parents.
