Arbitration
What is arbitration?
Arbitration is a type of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process that parties can use to settle their cases without a trial.
Due to a budget shortfall, the Fourth Judicial District Arbitration Program was eliminated, effective January 31, 2008.
Please refer to the above link for further information on ADR, including a roster of neutrals.
