Seeing a Hearing Officer
If you wish to discuss your citation with a Hearing Officer, you may:
1. Appear on a walk-in basis at the Hennepin County Government Center, Street Level Northwest Corner, 300 South 6th Street, Minneapolis, MN, or;
2. Schedule an appointment to meet a Hearing Officer at one of the suburban or downtown locations. The following locations offer free parking:

* Due to high demand for Hearing Officer appointments, if you miss your scheduled appointment to see a Hearing Officer, you will have to appear on a "walk-in" basis at the Hennepin County Government Center location in Minneapolis - open M-F, 8am-4:30pm, closing at 1:30pm every Wednesday.
* We cannot grant same-day continuances for Hearing Officer appointments. If you cannot appear for your scheduled appointment, you will need to come to our downtown location for a "walk-in" appearance.
