TIPS for USING THE SELF-HELP CENTER
Please make arrangements for child care. The Self-Help Center does not have a play area or toys for children. You will need to be able to focus on your legal issues without distractions.
Be prepared to spend the necessary time at the Self-Help Center. You may spend several hours at the Center and return several times during your case.
Bring your checkbook or cash. Walk-in services are free at the Self-Help Center, but there may be a fee for certain things in your case, for example: criminal history printouts, subpoenas, forms, and filing.
