This is a dBase formatted file listing each census block in Minnesota and the Congressional District to which it is assigned.  This file is a self-extracting compressed file.  After downloading file to a specified folder on your computer, double-click to open it and the dBase file will unpack.

Note on Adobe Files:  Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher is needed for viewing maps.  If you are printing maps from the PDF files, the fit-to-page option in Acrobat needs to be used.
