If the electronic filing system is unavailable, please check back periodically. If system unavailability prevents you from electronic filing where mandatory, an exception may be requested to the mandatory eFiling requirement under Minnesota General Rule of Practice 14.01(d); 14.01(f)(1)

System Maintenance Schedule Information: First time subsequent eFilings into existing cases may not be possible every Sunday, from 10 a.m. until approximately 4 p.m., due to system maintenance.
